I haven't been getting any. Comments.
At least I thought I wasn't. Then I decided to test the comments script. It worked perfectly.
At least I thought it was. I checked the comment approval list. Nothing for me to approve. Maybe my junk filter flagged it? There were a ton of spams listed. My junk filter was working perfectly.
At least I thought it was. The comment wasn't listed as junk. I checked my activity log. I found the culprit. I had a bunch of comments banned by a plug-in! It was not working perfectly. It was blocking every comment the junk filter allowed. Plus it wasn't letting the commenter or I know the comment had been blocked.
If you have made a comment since September 28, 2005 please accept my apology. I was not ignoring you. I didn't delete your comment. But it is lost. I can see the IPs and entry dates of those who left comments, but the comments themselves are gone forever. I just tested the comment script. It shouldn't happen again. It's working perfectly now.
At least I think it is.
