Rubbin'
I admit I'm not much of a cook, but I can eat with the best of them. My sister-in-law cooked some great fish and blamed the taste on "the rub." Visions of massaging fish danced through my head, but evidently a rub is spice rubbed into the fish before cooking. The rub she used was from a little Kentucky company called Herb'N Renewal.
