George Bush: Cyborg Debater?

The latest rumor is that Bush used a radio receiver in the first debate. They point to that bulge in his back.

I don't believe it. To have a team coaching him and still do that poorly? It has to be something simple and obvious. I think he just forgot to take the hanger out of his coat.
