2004 World Cup of Women's Baseball

Another in my list of "Reasons to Live in Canada" is the 2004 World Cup of Women's Baseball. American Women's Baseball will field a team. Profits from the tournament will go to a scholarship program for baseball players pursuing post- secondary education. Let's hope some of those players are women.

Australia, Japan, the Dominican Republic and Taiwan will also send teams to the tournament.
