Note to Prospective Parents

When your young children approach their regular bedtime do not -- I must repeat for strong emphasis -- do not let them stay up past said bedtime just because you're having a very good time talking with friends.

Why? They'll get grumpy. They'll not want to leave when it is time to go. And tears will result.

Oh, and the kids will cry too.

Then they'll fall asleep in the car and you'll have "The Dead Weight Sleeping Child Who Must Be Undressed for Bed Without Waking Child and/or Neighbors."

Aw, c'mon, domoni. It wasn't that bad was it? We found it quite endearing. Really.

Ah, I was posting in the moment. When someone spends so much waking time being very sweet and understanding that very rare glimpse of a temper tantrum can cause a shock.

But they forgave me. :)

Seriously, I felt selfish for staying so late. She needed to be in bed and I wasn't paying close enough attention.

Temple of Me

Welcome. All web sites are temples to their creators. Temple of Me will reflect what interests me, Domoni. I am a husband, father (twice), American, and liberal. I live in a "Red state" in the South. I am nearsighted, ambidextrous and over 30. Actually, I'm 153.33% of thirty.
